I'm an agency grower who has worn (and wears) many hats: Executive Web Director, Executive Strategy Director, SEO Specialist, Digital Strategist, Copywriter, and Podcaster. I've worked at the intersection of branding, marketing, digital, and business development for over 20 years.
My brother and I took an agency from 0 to $3.5 million. It was hard. We learned a lot. That one was Murmur Creative.

I started The Creative Agency Podcast to learn how to grow an agency from smart people — I interviewed nearly 50 experts and started the Grow Your Agency Slack group. The podcast is back, and the community is still going strong.
