About Your Mastermind Host
Hi there! I’m Chris Bolton
I founded Grow Your Agency in 2017 to grow an online community of agency owners and leaders. It was an offshoot of my podcast, The Creative Agency Podcast, where I interview agency owners and experts.
I’m an agency consultant with over a decade of experience in the boutique agency world. I grew a 25-person agency called Murmur Creative (with my brother) and exited in 2024, though I still play a consultative role. I’ve worn many hats: Executive Web Director, Executive Strategy Director, Brand Strategist, SEO Specialist, Digital Strategist, Copywriter, Sales Manager, and Project Manager.
I live in Portland, OR. I have a 10-year-old boy. I am ADHD and I like exploring caves and reading science fiction.

Who is this program for? Do I have to be an agency owner?
You do not have to be an agency owner. This program is ideal for agency owners, executives, directors, and leaders who want tailored advice to overcome their agency’s specific challenges, are focused on setting and achieving growth goals, and value community and learning from peers in the industry.
What does the program include?
Monthly Group Zoom Sessions, Tailored Advice, Growth Goals & Accountability Tracking, Guest Speakers (industry experts, authors, and influencers), an Exclusive Slack Channel, and NDA-Protected Resources — real agency scopes of work, contracts, process documentation, and more.
What does the monthly meeting agenda look like?
Our 1-2 hour monthly meetings are structured to maximize productivity: Wins & Accountability Updates (20 min), Topic & Issue Prioritization (10 min), Main Topic Discussion (90 min), and Follow-Ups & Resource Sharing (30 min). Guest speaker sessions are scheduled separately.
How do you handle confidentiality?
All members sign an NDA to ensure discussions and shared resources remain confidential. You can feel secure sharing challenges, strategies, and documents within the group.
